In order to ensure a pleasant stay for you and to eliminate any possible discomfort and misunderstandings in advance, we ask you to study and act in accordance with these RULES.
When you arrive at the Đule car camp, you are required to hand over a valid personal document (passport or ID card) to the person in charge of the camp (the host) for check-in.
During your stay and use of the facilities in the Đule car camp, you are obliged to maintain peace, order and cleanliness, in accordance with the existing criteria and standards.
It is strictly forbidden to make noise by camp users and their pets. The peace and tranquility that you want for yourself, you must also provide to the other guests in the camp. This measure is especially effective in the time period from 22:00 (10 PM) to 08:00 (8 AM) hours. In addition to appealing to the appropriate behavior of adults, we ask guardians/responsible persons to take care of the behavior of their children and their pets.
The responsible person (host) of the camp has the right to check the mobile housing unit (campers, tents, other types of vehicles) without the consent and presence of the owner (user) of the unit, if there is a justified suspicion that the safety of the facility and/or guests’ property is at risk. as well as when there is a justified suspicion of violation of the rules of this Autocamp regulations.
The host is not responsible for the safety of the guest’s property, but will do everything in his power to protect it and warn the guest in a timely manner about possible danger or damage to the guest and his property.
It is strictly forbidden to bring inflammable, explosive, as well as objects with strong and unpleasant odors into the area of the car camp.
Speech, actions and highlighting symbols of political, national or racial intolerance and hatred are strictly prohibited.
Persons who are not registered guests of the camp are prohibited from entering and staying without prior consultation and consent from the host.
The stay of pets in the camp is allowed only if it is recorded during the application process and with the permission of the host of the camp. The stay of registered pets is allowed only in the area rented by the guest who is also the owner of the pet.
Walking of the pets must be done on public areas outside the auto camp area.
If you want your pet to stay on the beach and/or swim in the sea, you must consult the host of the camp to determine a place that will be safe and without disturbing other camp guests (the usual place is the far right part of the beach looking from the camp towards coast / sea).
The camp guest who is also the owner of the registered pet, or the responsible person who takes care of the pet, is obliged not to allow the pet to defecate in the camp area. If defecating happens by some chance, the owner or caretaker of the pet is obliged to remove, clean and rehabilitate the area where the pet defecated.
A guest who make any damages/defects on the property of the Đule Auto camp is obliged to compensate the host of the camp for the full amount of the resulting damage.
A guest who wants to prepare food in the camp area, must do so without negative consequences for the camp itself and for other guests staying in the camp (lighting a fire on the ground, smoke from the grill, strong smells that bother other guests staying in camp). If the host of the camp receives any complaint regarding the above, he is obliged to react and ask the activity provider to immediately stop the same activity, and the activity provider is obliged to immediately act according to the given order.
It is forbidden to carry out fishing activities in the area of the beach where other guests of the camp are present.
Throwing stones and other objects into the sea is prohibited.
On the day of check-out, we kindly ask you to leave the camp no later than 11 a.m., as defined in the rules for checking in and out of the camp. If the stay in the camp is recorded after the defined term for leaving the camp on the day of check-out, the host of the camp will charge another day of stay at the already defined full amount.
The host of the camp has the right to unconditionally refuse hospitality and cancel the stay in the camp to a guest who does not comply with all the stated principles of the camp regulations.
